1. The dispute in the present case is with regard to liability of the

plaintiff to pay the ad valorem Court fee on the amount claimed in the suit for

recovery of compensation.

2. In this case, the plaintiff (petitioner herein) has claimed

compensation of Rs. 10,00,000/-. The trial Court has directed to pay ad

valorem Court fee. The matter in issue is covered by the judgment of the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in 'State of Punjab and others vs. Dev Brat Sharma',

2022(2) RCC (Civil) 464.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere is made

out.

4. Dismissed.
