1. This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the

Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus

directing the respondents to give one additional mark to the petitioner and

consequently to include the name of the petitioner in the merit list.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted

that in a similar matter i.e. CWP-7897-2016 decided on 14.01.2019, a

Coordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the writ petition in which a

similar prayer had been made and the judgment in the above said case

covers the case of the present petitioner.

3. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to rebut the said

aspect.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
