1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that after

filing of the present revision petition the ejectment order itself has been

passed on 20.04.2024 and hence he seeks permission to withdraw the present

petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do

so.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending

applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
