The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the complaint case filed before learned Court of JMIC (Exclusive Court under Negotiable Instruments Act), Bahadurgarh in the complaint case bearing CIS No.COMA-1003-2019 titled as M/s Somany Ceramics versus M/s Kumar Glass & House and another"

(Annexure P-4) and the summoning order dated 10.11.2021 (Annexure P-7) and further seeking setting aside of the order dated 03.11.2023 (Annexure P-

9), vide which the discharge application of the accused is dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court, as has been raised in the instant petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
