JASVIR SINGH AND OTHERS ..Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL
Present: Mr. Sahil Matharoo, Advocate and

Mr. Sarju Puri, Advocate for respondent No.2 and 4.
ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral)
1. The learned counsel representing the petitioner fairly submits
that the revision petition is practically rendered infructuous because the
respondents have already completed their construction. He submits that the
revision petition survives only qua the challenge to the order passed by the
trial Court.
2. He admits that as per two different Division Bench judgment
passed in Harvinder Kaur and another Vs. Godha Ram and another, 1979
AIR (P&H) 76 & Pritam Singh and another Vs. Sunder Lal and others,
1990 (2) PLR 191, such order is not amenable to interference in revision
petition.
3. Disposed of accordingly.
4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
disposed of.
