1. Instant appeal has been filed by the appellants against judgment

dated 31.07.2003 passed by the learned Additional District Judge,

Chandigarh, by which the objection petition filed by the appellants under

Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, was dismissed.

2. Counsel for the appellants could not dispute that against the

same impugned order, FAO-366-2004 titled as Pushpa Devi Versus Punjab

State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited and others, has been dismissed by

this Court vide order dated 26.04.2005.

3. In view thereof, appeal is dismissed in terms of order passed by

this Court on 26.04.2005.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
