1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of

law raised in the present writ petition has already been answered by the

Coordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP No.4663 of

2011 titled as Sudesh Kumari vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on

23.08.2013 (Annexure P-15) and the present writ petition be also disposed

of in same terms.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the same

but submits that rate of interest granted to the petitioner should be reduced

to 6% per annum.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no

objection in case the judgment is modified to the said extent.

4. Keeping in view the agreement between the parties that the

question of law raised in the present writ petition is already covered by

Sudesh Kumari's case (supra), the present writ petition is also disposed of

only with exception that the rate of interest in case of the petitioner will be

given as 6% per annum and not 8% per annum as granted in Sudesh

Kumari's case (supra).

5. Any civil miscellaneous application pending if any, also stands

disposed of.
