1. In the present petition, the only question raised is whether

petitioners, who were promoted to the post of Clerk prior to 07.11.2013,

when the Notification was issued by the respondent-State, were required to

pass State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications

(SETC) and whether the petitioner can be directed to pass the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said question

of law has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

while passing order in CWP No. 11842 of 2020 titled as Surinder Singh and

others Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 24.09.2020.

3. Learned State counsel has not been able to rebut that the

question of law raised in the present petition is covered in favour of the

petitioners by the judgment of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

Surinder Singh and others' case (supra). Keeping in view the above, the

present petition is also disposed of in same terms as in Surinder Singh and

others' case (supra) and the impugned orders are quashed.
