1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the respondent has been served by dasti process and he has submitted an affidavit dated 29.01.2024 to the effect that he is no more interested to contest the aforesaid appeal. He submits that the present appeal may be disposed of as having not been pressed and further liberty may be granted to the appellants to revive the same in case any execution application is filed to the judgment and decree passed by the Court below which is impugned in the instant appeal.
2. Ordered accordingly.
3. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
