Learned counsel for the appellant-State submits that as the
appellant has already died and there was no interim order passed by this
Court, the judgment and decree under challenge in the present appeal must
have been executed and any relief granted to the appellant after his death
cannot be withdrawn hence, by keeping the question of law open, present
appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
Ordered accordingly.
