1. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that issue involved in the

present petition stands adjudicated by this Court in CWP-10353-2021. They further

concede that Intra Court appeal filed against said judgment stands dismissed. Food

Corporation of India has filed SLP before Hon'ble Supreme Court, however, there

is no stay.

2. In the wake of statement of both sides, the present stands disposed of

in terms of judgment dated 12.07.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-10353-2021

titled as 'Rama Krishna Rice and General Mills through its Partner Narinder Kumar

Nayyar and others'.
