1. This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CR- 1559-2024) from 25.07.2024 to an early date.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners, the main revision petition is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off. CR-1559-2024 (O&M)

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
