TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL)

The present petitions have been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the letters dated 12.03.2024 and 18.03.2024, whereby candidature of the petitioners for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teacher in Biology pursuant to the advertisement no.33 of 2023, has been rejected.

2. The petitioners were permitted to provisionally participate in the interview by way of an interim order, dated 20.03.2024. Their provisional result has been produced before this Court in a sealed cover by learned counsel for the Commission. It shows the cut-off marks for general and Scheduled Caste categories are 53.56 and 42.35 respectively, and the marks secured by the petitioners are below the cut-off in their respective

categories, which are as follows:
