1. As per office report, notice issued to the appellant through

attorney has been received back unserved with the report that the house was

found locked. This is the only address of the appellant available in the memo

of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but

to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
