1. This is an application for allowing the applicant-appellants to

pursue the main appeal in their own capacity as at the time of filing of the

appeal, they were minors and now they have attained the age of majority.

2. Notice of the application.

3. Mr. B.S. Bali, Addl. AG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of

respondent Nos.1 to 3/State and Mr. Sumit Sangwan, Advocate accepts

notice on behalf of respondent No.4 and submit that they have no objection

if the present application is allowed.

4. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the

application, the present application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
