1. The present petition is for protection of life and liberty of the
petitioner from the hands of anti social elements/opposite groups as the petitioner has been saved from multiple attacks.
2. Learned State counsel, at the outset, has submitted that a specific PCR vehicle has been duly put on duty in the area where the petitioner resides and the petitioner has been informed with regard to the important telephone numbers where he can approach in case any threat perception arises, more so, his house is also under surveillance.
3. In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage, however, keeps his rights open to approach the competent Court of jurisdiction in case any threat perception
arises in future.
