Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem, for the matter in issue is squarely covered by our order dated 06.11.2023, rendered in CWP- 19892-2023 (Jyotsana and others vs. State of Haryana and others, and other connected matters), the petition at hand be also disposed of in the same terms.

Further, learned counsel for the respondent-HSVP submits that the petitioner is being afforded personal hearing by the Chief Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula, on 23.04.2024 at 10.00 AM. A copy of the communication produced before us is taken on record as "Mark-X".

As prayed for, the petition is disposed of in terms of the order and judgment passed in Jyotsana and others case (supra).
