1. On 19.02.2024 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner as

lawyers were abstaining from work and the case was adjourned to

15.03.2024. On 15.03.2024, despite the case having been called twice, none

appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to today.

Today also the case has been called twice - once in the pre-lunch session and

once in the post-lunch session. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the

petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the

present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any,

also stand disposed off.
