The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

invoked seeking issuance of directions to learned trial Court to conclude the trial of

the case FIR No. 105, dated 07.07.2016, under Sections 379 and 402 IPC and

Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar, Jalandhar with a

period of three months or as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has

been rendered infructuous, as the trial stands concluded and the petitioner has been

acquitted vide judgment dated 18.10.2022.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed off, as having been

rendered infructuous.
