1. Vide order dated 21.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties.

As per the office report, the appellant and the respondent both are stated to

have died. Mr. K.G. Chaudhary, Advocate, who earlier was representing the

appellant, also states that he has written a registered letter to the appellant

which has been received back with the report that the appellant has since

expired. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal

representatives of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no

other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
