1. This is a contempt petition filed under Section 10 read with

Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiating contempt

proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of the judgment dated

14.11.2018 and order dated 22.05.2019 passed by this Court.

2. Compliance report by way of affidavit of respondent No.2 has

been filed by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 today in the

Court. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan the same

and place it at appropriate place.

3. On the basis of aforesaid compliance report, learned counsel for

respondent No.2 has submitted that the pay of the petitioner has been

revised w.e.f. 01.05.1989 and the arrears along with interest thereon have

been paid to him. The document to this effect has also been attached with

the said compliance report.

4. In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to

continue with the present petition any more. Hence, the same is rendered

infructuous and dismissed, as such.

5. However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left un-redressed,

he would be at liberty to raise the same in any alternate remedy, but in

accordance with law.
