1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset seeks
withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate legal
remedy as the accused has since been acquitted by the learned Judicial
Magistrate Ist Class, Panipat, vide judgment dated 27.03.2024 in case
No. CIS No. CHI-4919-2013 titled as 'State Vs. K.K. Gupta and
others', copy of the judgment is placed on record and marked as
Annexure 'A'.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
3. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands
dismissed.
