1. Learned counsel for the appellant-State submits that it is not

known as to whether respondent is alive or not so as to pursue the present

appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant-State further submits that

execution of the judgment and decree under challenge in this regular second

second has already been stayed by this Court hence, the present regular

second appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any

further with liberty to the appellant-State to revive the same in case any

execution petition is filed by the respondent.
