Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without
commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the
petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the
Illaqa Magistrate, concerned by way of filing an application under Section
156(3) Cr.P.C.
In case, any such application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is
filed, the Illaqa Magistrate concerned shall dispose of the same
expeditiously in accordance with law.
