Prayer in this appeal is for setting aside the judgment and

decree dated 05.11.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division),

Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri and judgment and decree dated 20.07.2017

passed by the learned District Judge, Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has

instructions on behalf of the appellant, who is present in Court and

identified by him, to withdraw the present appeal as she does not want to

proceed with the present appeal. This fact is also admitted by the appellant

on an enquiry made by this Court.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn, as prayed for.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of

accordingly.
