(1) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after the impugned judgment had been passed, the appellant had filed an application before the learned Single Judge seeking review of the impugned judgment, in which notice has been issued to the respondents. Therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, at this stage. (2) Dismissed as withdrawn.

(3) It is clarified that in case the aforesaid review application is rejected by the learned Single Judge, it shall not preclude the appellant to challenge the impugned judgment and the dismissal of the review application, in accordance with law.

(4) All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
