1. The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioner in FIR No.0028 dated 28.03.2024 under Sections 308, 323, 148 and 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station City 2, Abohar, Tehsil Abohar and District Fazilka, Punjab (Annexure P/1).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all his grounds taken in the present petition be kept open as he wishes to approach the trial Court to seek grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and his ground of the petitioner being a juvenile be also kept open.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court which

shall decide his application for grant of bail expeditiously.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the
