1. Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.08.2023 passed by the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
2. On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the fact that petitioner has been released out of civil imprisonment and therefore, the present petition does not carry any
substantial issue to decide. Thus, he seeks withdrawal of the present
petition.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
