By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw the main case i.e. ARB-89-2023, which is

stated to be fixed for today.

Learned counsel representing the applicant/petitioner submits

that during pendency of the present petition, the parties have amicably

resolved their dispute and that he may be permitted to withdraw the present

petition.

In view of the specific prayer made by the applicant/petitioner

for withdrawal of the main petition and in view of the reasons mentioned in

the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main petition i.e.
