1. Applicant-petitioner has filed this application seeking review of

order dated 18.11.2020 vide which this writ petition was dismissed.

2. Faced with judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Phoenix

ARC Private Limited versus Vishwa Bharti Vidya Mandir and others,

2022 (1) RCR (Civil) 888 in view of which the present writ petition itself

would not be maintainable, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to

withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to avail statutory

remedy available to him. However, it is submitted that names and details of

the subsequent auction purchaser have not been provided by the respondent

to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that necessary

information including details of auction as well as auction purchasers shall

be supplied to the petitioner within the next two working days.

4. In view of the above, this review application is dismissed as

withdrawn.

5. Perusal of order dated 18.11.2020 reveals that liberty to avail

efficacious remedy has already been granted to the applicant-petitioner, thus,

there is no requirement of duplication thereof.

6. Pending application(s), if any, stands(s) disposed of.
