1. Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside notice dated

26.04.2022 (Annexure P-4) under Section 13 (2), notice dated 27.07.2022 (Annexure P-5) under Section 13 (4) and sale notice dated 07.12.2022 (Annexure P-7) issued by the respondent-Bank under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act').

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has categoric instructions to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate statutory remedy/remedies available to her

for redressal of the grievance/s in accordance with law.
