1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of Rapat/Kalandra No.31 dated 30.12.2019 registered under Sections 107 & 150 Cr.P.C. at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot.
2. The counsel for the State has referred to the status report already filed by the State and has pointed out that the proceeding under Sections 107 and 151 Cr.P.C., initiated by the Executive Magistrate, has already ended up in discharge of the petitioners vide order dated
30.08.2020. Hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Dismissed as such.
