Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of a

writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take

action against respondents No.6 to 11 in view of the allegations levelled

against them in representation, dated 10.04.2022, Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this

petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available

to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
