The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the

impugned order dated 05.01.2023 (Annexure P-15) passed by

respondent No.3 and order dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure P-17) passed

by respondent No.3 and further directing the officials respondents

No.1 to 3 to order the closure of the manufacturing units i.e. Raj

Welding works and Jai Maa Welding Works being run by

respondents No.4 to 6 in residential area of village Jaisingpura, Sector

27, Panchkula and also for curbing all the commercial activities being

operated by them within the residential area in village Jaisingpura,

Sector 27, Panchkula in utter violation of the order dated 16.02.2016

(Annexure P-18) passed by division Bench of this Court in LPA No.

772 of 2015 and the policy dated 20.07.2016 (Annexure P-20)

formulated by the State Government of Haryana pursuant to the order

dated 09.07.2014 (Annexure P-19) pased by this Court while

disposing of CWP No.13134 to 13140 of 2013 vide common

judgment passed in CWP No.11226 of 2013 titled as " Progress

Industries Vs. State of Haryana and others".

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of

the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

He is permitted to do so.

Dismissed a withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
