1. Learned counsel for the petitioner had requested for the proceedings through video conference in this matter.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
the parties have compromised the matter and, hence, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, as he is in the process of filing an appropriate petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.
3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
4. It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any
order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the
