1. The present appeal is filed against concurrent findings of fact recorded by the Courts below in a suit filed by the plaintiff-respondents for joint possession.

2. On 23.08.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the appellants- defendants.

3. As per office report, notices have been received back with the report that appellant Nos.1 and 3 have passed away and appellant No.2 has been duly served, however, there is no representation on his behalf even today.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same.

6. A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
