1. The learned counsel representing the State of Punjab, on

instructions from Mr. Sandeep Kumar Aggarwal, Superintendent, PWD

(B&R) submits that the respondent-Sh. Satish Kumar, Sub Divisional

Engineer, has already died and pursuant to the judgments passed by the

courts below, he was granted all the benefits. He submits that even if the

appeal is allowed, the State will not be able to recover the amount and hence

he does not wish to press the present appeal.

2. Dismissed as not pressed.

3. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
