1. Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioners in case FIR No.349 dated 02.08.2023, under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 of IPC and later on added Section 326 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa.

2. Vide order dated 09.10.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

3. Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Ramp Rati, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

4. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated

09.10.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the
