Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.33 dated

17.06.2022, under Sections 376/34 of IPC, registered at Police Station

Narnaul, District Mehendergarh, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioner

stands acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 11.10.2022, and

hence, the relief in the present petition does not survive and as such the

present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having

been rendered infructuous.
