Learned counsel for the proposed LRs of the revisionist- petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has become infructuous as the Civil Suit between the parties, out of which this petition has arisen, already stands decided by the trial Court vide the judgment dated 23.12.2022 and he prays that the present petition may be disposed of accordingly.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the afore- said fact.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of accordingly.
