1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under
Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for punishing the respondents for not obeying the order dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP No.5047 of 2018.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 01.03.2018 passed by this court the respondents No.1 & 2 have filed their separate short replies and have submitted that the respondents have considered and decided the representation moved by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, no further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
4. However, if any of the grievance of the petitioner is still left unaddressed, then the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail any other
alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
