1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of order dated 27.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP No.24634 of 2022; along with certain other prayers.

2. The compliance report by way of affidavit of Dr. G. Anupama, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Haryana, filed by the respondent, is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdrawn the present petition.
