1. This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the
Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of
India, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the judgment dated
12.10.2007.
2. Perusal of the record shows that the earlier contempt petition
filed by the petitioner already stands dismissed, vide order dated
28.10.2013. Therefore, this Court does not find any ground to continue
with the present petition any more.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed.
4. However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left un-
addressed, then he would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy,
but in accordance with law.
