1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for summoning and punishing the respondent for not obeying the order dated 13.10.2010 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in LPA-275-2003.

2. The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

the present petition, with liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, in

accordance with law.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
