1. After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition and submits that the petitioner shall surrender on or before 13.12.2023 before the trial court and he further prays that, in case, the petitioners apply for regular bail, the same be decided on the same day.
2. Learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for the complainant does not object the said concession
3. However, considering the fact that the Courts are extremely burdened, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners that they shall surrender before the trial Court on or before 13.12.2023 and, in case they apply for regular bail the trial Court shall decide the same expeditiously within maximum five working days, on its
own merits and without being influenced by this order.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
