Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.215 dated 23.09.2022, under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 10.02.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Piara Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim

order dated 10.02.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
