1. The present petition is for seeking protection to the life and

liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are living in a live-in relationship and both are unmarried as of date as petitioner No.2 has not yet attained the marriageable age.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued absolutely contrary to the pleadings in the petition and the present petition is absolutely vague, evasive and does not disclose the correct position.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the petitioners had performed Roka ceremony in the presence of the parents but

nothing of that sort is coming forth in the present petition.

5. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars.

6. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with cogent proof of threat

perception and all the necessary details.
