1. The petitioners have filed the present revision petition

seeking quashing of order dated 13.07.2017 passed by learned

Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rohtak whereby defence of

the petitioners/defendants have been struck off.

2. Learned State counsel submits that since the main suit itself

has been decided and even thereafter an appeal filed before the Lower

Appellate Court has also been decided and both the judgments and

decrees passed by the Courts below have been challenged in RSA

No.1894 of 2019, therefore, the instant revision petition has been

rendered infructuous.

3. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
