Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.235 dated 23.12.2022, under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the

case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 15.03.2023
