This appeal has been listed with an office note. In fact, two

connected appeals were finally disposed of vide judgment dated

19.07.2023. As per the office note, one application for bringing on

record the legal representatives and other application under Order 1 Rule

10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has not been decided. In the

last paragraph, the Court has already disposed of all the pending

applications. None of the parties has prayed for passing any separate

order in these applications.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to

be passed.
